How to Restore Access of iPhone

Go into recovery mode

1. Connect iPhone to your computer and open iTunes app.
2. Restart your iPhone.
If you are using iPhone 8 and newer: Press and leave the volume + button and then press the volume – button. Next, press and hold the lock button. You should see the recovery mode screen.
If you are using iPhone 7: Press and hold the lock button and volume down button at the same time. The recovery screen will show.
If you are using older iPhones: Press and hold the home and top buttons at the same time and wait until the recovery mode screen appears.
3. A dialogue will appear that says “There is a problem with the iPhone that requires it to be updated or restored.” Click on Restore.

Restoring your iPhone

iTunes will start restoring your iPhone, which can take a couple of minutes. In the event that it goes more than 15 minutes, your phone will leave the screen and you’ll have to start once again. Try not to unplug your phone from your PC until your phone has totally been restored.
When it’s done, you can set up your phone and start using it.
If you have backup of your iPhone, you can restore the all of your data with your Apple ID – this is your username and password you use to download from the App Store. Ensure you’re connected with Wi-Fi before you start.
1. Once you reach the Apps & Data, tap Restore from iCloud Backup.

2. Sign in to iCloud using your Apple ID.
3. Choose your most recent backup.
4. Log in to your Apple ID account to restore your apps.
5. A progress bar will show how much time it will take to restore. This could take a while.
6. Finish the setup for your iPhone and start using it.
